FNB Gas on the method definitions of efficiency comparison, return on capital and general productivity factor (Xgen)

On behalf of its members, FNB Gas comments on the following current determination procedures of the Enlarged Ruling Chamber for Energy (GBK) of the Federal Network Agency:

• “Specification of the method for carrying out efficiency comparisons for gas distribution system operators and transmission system operators” (gas efficiency comparison)
• “Determination of the methods for calculating a flat-rate return on capital” (return on capital)
• “Determination of the inflation rate taking into account the special features of cost price development and productivity progress in the network economy” (Xgen)
