FNB Gas on the draft regulation on the modalities for the publication of information pursuant to Art. 19 (1) Gas Regulation

FNB Gas welcomes the Federal Network Agency’s draft regulation on publication modalities in accordance with the Gas Regulation as an important step towards greater transparency and clarity. At the same time, the transmission system operators emphasize that certain information on returns on capital and regulated assets constitute sensitive business and trade secrets and should therefore not be published.

In order to ensure consistent, legally compliant and timely implementation of the new transparency obligations, the TSOs are also encouraging the swift adoption of the final resolution.
