Hydrogen core network operators publish market information on the reservation of hydrogen capacities from 2026

The operators of the German hydrogen core network have published key information for the market, paving the way for the reservation of hydrogen capacities from the beginning of 2026. In doing so, they are creating planning certainty for market participants at an early stage and sending a clear signal for the ramp-up of the hydrogen economy in Germany.

The published reservation concept will enable the binding reservation of entry and exit capacities for hydrogen deliveries in future – an important step towards securing projects and establishing cross-border hydrogen transportation.
