FNB Gas on the draft laws NIS2UmsuCG and KRITIS-DachG

FNB Gas welcomes the draft legislation to implement the NIS 2 Directive (NIS2UmsuCG) and to strengthen the resilience of critical facilities (KRITIS-DachG), but points out the need for adjustments to ensure security of supply and data security.

Specifically, the transmission system operators are in favor of adapting transparency obligations in light of the changed security situation, practical notification and inspection procedures for critical components and clear definitions and responsibilities for service providers.
