It must be explained to what extent the development is due to significant changes in technical capacity, the booking behavior of network users or other reasons. The possible substitution of gas transport via other entry and exit systems shall be shown. In addition, the report should show the lost revenues due to the exemption from fees for biogas and power-to-gas.
