In particular, it is noted positively that the draft avoids the hasty introduction of incentive mechanisms based on provisions and that no system adjustments will be made for the fourth regulatory period. The existing regulatory framework should remain unchanged for gas network operators that have already established provisions prior to 2025\u2014particularly in the base year 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, FNB Gas maintains its demand that actual costs of measures be fully taken into account as KAnEu in order to ensure appropriate and distortion-free effects in the efficiency comparison.
