Volume risk assessment report

According to paragraph 10b) of Decision BK9-19/610 (REGENT 2021), transmission system operators shall publish a joint report describing the annual development of capacities and revenues from transmission services compared to the same period of the previous year. It must be explained to what extent the development is due to significant changes in technical capacity, the booking behavior of network users or other reasons. The possible substitution of gas transport via other entry and exit systems shall be shown. In addition, the report should show the lost revenues due to the exemption from fees for biogas and power-to-gas.
