Volume risk assessment report

The transmission system operators (TSOs) have been working for several years on the implementation of the NC TAR (EU Regulation No. 2017/460 of 16.03.2017) into the German regulatory regime, which aims to harmonize the transmission tariff structures. In 2019, the BNetzA adopted the REGENT regulation, which stipulates that the reference price must be calculated by the TSOs using distance-independent stamps. For the assessment of the volume risk pursuant to Art. 7 p. 2 lit. d of Regulation (EU) 2017/460, this report is intended to contribute.
